A client approached Magma Digital regarding productivity concerns in respect of an in-house technical team of 8 individuals. The software was business critical to the client with 70% of their revenue being generated through their online e-commerce, it was essential that their software applications were reliable up to date, well managed and continuously developing.

Unfortunately, the company directors were not able to understand the ability of the technical team. Magma Digital analysed the work that had been produced, and examined the technical debt within the software. We were able to develop a training needs analysis for the in –house team and provide tailored training to increase productivity and their skillset.
