Magma Grows Again!

Jen - Web Developer

Many of you may remember our blog post from August 2012 introducing you all to our newest recruits. Well, only 6 months later here we are again! Over the past eighteen months our team has seen considerable growth and as we expected this is set to continue. After another gruelling round of interviews we are ready to introduce you to our newest members of the Magma family. This is an extremely exciting time for us as our development team is now 25% female.

Welcome aboard!

Brian - PHP Web Developer, Lancashire

We have four new additions to our team, Jen, Brian, Simon and Steph. All four of these new team members will be joining our Development team.

Simon - PHP Web Developer, Lancashire

Brian is one of our new PHP Developers, he brings with him a great deal of experience with PHP and the open web. He received his Masters Degree in the Summer last year.

Jen has joined us initially on a part time basis as a Web Developer Intern whilst completing her final year at Manchester Metropolitan University, studying Digital Media and Communications.

Simon is also one of our new PHP Developers, with previous experience and great knowledge of PHP. He likes to find and implement clever solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems.

Steph - PHP Web Developer, Lancashire

Steph, like Jen, has also joined us initially on a part time basis as a Web Developer Intern whilst she completes her final year at the University of Manchester, studying Computer Science. Steph is also the chair of her uni computer science society.

Don’t forget to say hello to our new team members!
