Magma Digital are proud to be supporting the National Apprentice Scheme. Are you interested in Web Development but not as yet qualified? Then there may be a place for you at Magma Digital Ltd as an Apprentice Web Developer! We specialise in enterprise-level web applications and are therefore expecting applicants with a proactive "can do" approach to the job and a passion for the web.
A Minimum of 3 GCSE's including Maths, English and ICT at grades A-C are also required due to the nature of the role.

PHP Developer - PHP 5 - Object Oriented
Are you a talented Web Developer looking to work on exciting projects with a range of clients for a web development agency in the business centre of Preston? Then there may be a place for you at Magma Digital Ltd! We specialise in enterprise-level web applications and are therefore expecting applicants with at least two years commercial experience to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Due to new business we have won, we are currently recruiting enthusiastic, technically confident, all-round PHP developers who are looking for a new challenge. If you have a measure of OO PHP Guru in you, then we're interested. You will be thoroughly challenged!
Good knowledge of HTML5, XHTML, CSS2/3, AJAX and JavaScript is a must. Experience of frameworks for both PHP (e.g. Zend Framework) and JavaScript (e.g. jQuery) are a welcome bonus as is experience with popular CMSes (e.g. Drupal or WordPress).
